zh66 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at zh66.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"), operated under the zh66 brand. zh66 is an independent online casino and sports betting information platform focused on the Pakistan market.

zh66 does not operate as a casino, bookmaker or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, process deposits, hold player funds or manage gambling accounts. • Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or systems underlying the Platform.

zh66 reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, report breaches of this Section to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, graphical designs, logos, the zh66 brand name and any software — are owned by or licensed to zh66 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Content from zh66.cam without prior express written permission, except for personal non-commercial reference. The zh66 name, logo and associated trade marks may not be used without written authorisation.

The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation:

• No warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• No warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any Content, guide or bonus information published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, zh66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to zh66 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zh66 does not process, hold or facilitate any financial transactions. The Platform contains no payment gateway. All deposits, withdrawals and financial activity occur directly between you and the relevant licensed Operator, governed entirely by that Operator's terms and conditions and any applicable payment provider policies.

All PKR figures appearing on this Platform (e.g., PKR 500, PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000) are provided as illustrative examples for educational purposes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which zh66 is registered and operates.

Users accessing this Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial gambling legislation may apply to their personal conduct, independent of these Terms. These Terms do not override, modify or waive any applicable local law.
